By accessing TeraTags, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
TeraTags provides a digital product authentication platform that allows brands to create NFC-linked certificates of authenticity for their products. We provide the software platform only and are not responsible for the physical NFC tags used by brands.
TeraTags operates on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Brands are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information uploaded to TeraTags. TeraTags does not verify the authenticity of brands or products independently.
All platform code, design, and branding is owned by TeraTags. Brands retain ownership of their uploaded product content.
TeraTags is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on authentication certificates.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
