We collect information you provide when registering your brand, including your name, email address, and brand details. We also collect product information you upload to our platform, and usage data including scan logs from NFC tag verifications.
We use your information to provide and improve the TeraTags authentication service, process payments, send service-related communications, and generate anonymized analytics about product verification activity.
All data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Product verification data is retained for as long as your subscription remains active. Upon account deletion, your brand data is permanently removed within 30 days.
TeraTags uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each service maintains their own privacy policies.
We use essential cookies only for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
